This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with BIENTRE EUROPE OÜ (LOODUX) via loodux.com.
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within [1-2] business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations We ship to all EU member states and worldwide. Some remote locations or countries may not be eligible for delivery — if your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us at info@bientre.com.
3. Shipping Times & Costs
Within the EU:

Worldwide (outside EU):

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. LOODUX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@bientre.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
