This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made from BIENTRE EUROPE OÜ (LOODUX) via loodux.com.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at info@bientre.com before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetics
- Opened or unsealed supplements
- Personal care products that have been unsealed

5. Return Shipping Costs Unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at info@bientre.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
